Under agreed confidentiality arrangements, selected parties will receive access to detailed business, financial and supporting information for mutual due diligence before any investment terms are considered or agreed.

Investment selection and technology-provider selection are separate commercial processes. A technology organisation may therefore express interest as a Major Investor without receiving any preferential position in the selection of technology providers.
