RULES, TERMS AND CONDITIONS

11 October 2026

These Rules, Terms and Conditions (these Rules) set out the proposed requirements for PROPERTY CRAZE™ agency participation, property listings, owner approvals, prize entries, draws and prize arrangements. They support the HOW IT WORKS section of the PROPERTY CRAZE™ website.

Pre-launch information. These Rules remain subject to legal review and finalisation before commercial launch. Agency participation and Prize Draw Entry applications are not yet open.

A. Business scope and agency participation

1. PROPERTY CRAZE™ and its responsibilities

1.1 PROPERTY CRAZE™ operates an independent national business promoting approved real estate agencies (Participating Real Estate Agencies) and prize opportunities for registered property owners (Property Owners). PROPERTY CRAZE™ is the sole promoter of its January and July National Property Listing Prize Draws. Property Owners pay no application or entry fee.

1.2 PROPERTY CRAZE™ promotes participating agencies and property-listing prize opportunities to help agencies attract listings and generate sales activity. It manages agency participation, listing verification, entry approval, independently administered draws, winner verification and prize delivery.

1.3 Participating Real Estate Agencies remain responsible for the property listing, marketing, negotiation and sale services they provide to Property Owners.

1.4 Property Owners choose and formally appoint a Participating Real Estate Agency to list their Property for sale. Every registered owner must individually approve their inclusion in the Prize Draw Entry application through the agency’s electronic signing process.

A complete and correct application must be received by PROPERTY CRAZE™ by the applicable draw cut-off. It becomes a valid Prize Draw Entry only after PROPERTY CRAZE™ completes the required verification and formally approves it. Section 20 governs draw allocation.

1.5 PROPERTY CRAZE™ publishes its legal business name, applicable business identifiers, contact details and required regulatory information in these Rules or the relevant promotion details.

1.6 These Rules must be available to agencies before they agree to participate and to Property Owners before they approve their inclusion in a Prize Draw Entry application.

1.7 Participating Real Estate Agencies and Property Owners must follow the applicable Online Portal instructions for providing information, documents, approvals and electronic signatures. Incomplete applications cannot be submitted.

2. Free and voluntary Prize Draw Entry

2.1 Property Owner participation is voluntary. Every registered Property Owner must individually agree to be included before the Prize Draw Entry application is submitted.

2.2 Property Owners pay no application, registration, entry, administration or prize-claim fee. Entry requires a qualifying Property Listing and formal approval of the completed application. No ticket purchase is required.

2.3 Property Owners remain responsible for their ordinary property-selling costs, including preparation, agency services, advertising, legal services and conveyancing.

2.4 Agencies must not increase selling costs, impose an entry-related surcharge or require an additional purchase because a Property Owner participates in PROPERTY CRAZE™. Agency participation fees must not be passed to Property Owners as an entry charge.

2.5 Consent to receive marketing communications is separate from participation in a Prize Draw Entry application and is not a condition of entry.

3. Agency participation commencement and dates

3.1 Real Estate Agencies may apply to participate in PROPERTY CRAZE™ at any time.

3.2 Participation Approval is PROPERTY CRAZE™’s written approval of an agency’s participation application, following verification of the required information, licensing, authority and initial payment.

3.3 An agency’s Participation Start Date is the date PROPERTY CRAZE™ approves its application. Participation Fees apply from that date, including a pro-rata charge for any remaining days in the first calendar month.

3.4 For a Property Listing to qualify for Prize Draw Entry, both of the following must occur on or after the agency’s Participation Start Date and before the Prize Draw Entry application begins:

  • The Property Owners formally appoint the agency through the completed, dated and signed State or Territory listing agreement (the Official Agency Appointment Document).

  • The Property is first advertised for sale on realestate.com.au, Domain or another independent property-listing service approved by PROPERTY CRAZE™.

3.5 The Official Agency Appointment Document and dated evidence of the first qualifying online advertisement must establish that both requirements in clause 3.4 were satisfied.

3.6 A Property Listing established before the agency’s Participation Start Date cannot qualify retrospectively. The listing agreement and first qualifying advertisement must satisfy clause 3.4.

3.7 The common Participation Year runs from 1 July to 30 June. This annual period applies to every Participating Real Estate Agency, regardless of its individual Participation Start Date.

3.8 Participation Payment Authorisation is PROPERTY CRAZE™’s written confirmation of the agency’s successful initial payment and agreed payment arrangements. Initial payment is required before final Participation Approval. Fee calculations commence from the Participation Start Date and follow Section 5.

4. Agency approval and authority

4.1 A Participating Real Estate Agency is the individual, corporation, partnership or other legal entity approved by PROPERTY CRAZE™ under a Participation Agreement.

4.2 Participation Approval identifies each separately operating agency authorised to participate.

4.3 Agencies within the same franchise network or ownership group must each satisfy the applicable participation requirements and receive separate approval.

4.4 Every Participating Real Estate Agency must maintain the licences, registrations, certificates and authority required to provide real estate services in its State or Territory.

4.5 Each agency must maintain its legally required responsible licensee, officer, manager or person in control. Its representatives must hold the authority required for their roles.

4.6 PROPERTY CRAZE™ verifies the agency’s legal entity, business identifiers, trading name, address, licensing and responsible-person details before approving participation.

4.7 All agencies meeting the participation requirements may apply. Participation does not provide geographic exclusivity, preferential entry treatment or an advantage in prize draws.

4.8 Agencies apply through the Real Estate Agency Participation Application Form on the PROPERTY CRAZE™ website. The application must identify the agency, relevant ownership group, authorised applicant and legally responsible persons, together with the required licensing and identity evidence.

4.9 Following Participation Approval, PROPERTY CRAZE™ provides the agency with Online Portal access for participation administration, payments, applications and correspondence. Access is restricted to authorised agency personnel. Property Owners do not receive Online Portal access.

4.10 PROPERTY CRAZE™ reviews each agency application against these Rules and advises the applicant of its decision.

Where further information or corrections are required, the agency is informed of the requirements and available review process.

If the application is declined, PROPERTY CRAZE™ refunds the full initial payment within 10 business days of its decision.

4.11 Developer-operated and other in-house real estate agencies must meet the same participation, licensing, authority and verification requirements as other agencies. Section 13 exclusions continue to apply.

4.12 The Participation Agreement records the agency’s application, acceptance of these Rules, Participation Approval, Participation Start Date, payment arrangements and approved participation details.

4.13 The Participation Agreement includes the agency’s written consent to PROPERTY CRAZE™ promoting its property-listing business through the agreed participation arrangements.

4.14 Agency marketing and client communications must comply with applicable laws and professional obligations, including requirements concerning client interests, advertising, referrals and inducements.

4.15 An authorised agency representative is a person approved by the agency to manage Property Listings or Prize Draw Entry applications. The representative must act within their recorded authority and personally complete the required agency application and electronic signing steps.

4.16 Each approved agency receives a unique Agency ID linking its participation, payment records, applications and approved entries to its legal entity and current participation status.

5. Agency fees and payment obligations

5.1 The PROPERTY CRAZE™ Fee Schedule specifies the applicable agency fees, payment options and rates. It is available on the website under Real Estate Agencies and provided to participating agencies. Fees apply separately to each approved agency and exclude GST. Ownership-group rates require verified eligibility.

5.2 Participation Fees cover the approved agency’s participation in PROPERTY CRAZE™ promotional campaigns, national directory, promotional material and Online Portal services. Each agency is responsible for its agreed fees and payment arrangements.

5.3 An Onboarding Fee applies when an agency first joins PROPERTY CRAZE™. It is charged separately for each agency and does not apply to uninterrupted annual continuation. Clause 7.5 governs any onboarding charges when an agency rejoins.

5.4 Participation Fees are payable in advance under the following arrangements:

Early Annual Payment: A discounted payment covering the complete Participation Year from 1 July to 30 June. To qualify, the agency must meet the participation requirements and successfully complete its electronic payment by 31 May preceding that Participation Year.

Three-Month Advance Payment: Payment covering three complete calendar months, calculated at one-quarter of the applicable standard annual Participation Fee. An agency joining during a Participation Year uses this arrangement until it qualifies for Early Annual Payment.

5.5 An agency’s Participation Fees commence on its Participation Start Date.

Where approval occurs partway through a month, that month’s fee is calculated pro rata using the actual number of participation days, including the approval date. The calculation uses the applicable monthly fee divided by the total calendar days in that month.

The following three complete calendar months are paid in advance under the Three-Month Advance Payment arrangement.

For example, an agency approved on 15 September pays a pro-rata fee for 15–30 September, followed by its advance payment for October–December.

5.6 Where a scheduled recurring payment date falls on a non-business day, processing may occur on the next business day without changing the participation period covered.

For Early Annual Payment, a successful electronic payment made by 31 May qualifies for the discount, even if the funds settle on the following business day.

5.7 PROPERTY CRAZE™ calculates fees from the actual Participation Start Date and adjusts any advance payment to reflect the amount properly payable for the participation period. Excess payments are credited or refunded, and no calendar month may be charged twice.

5.8 PROPERTY CRAZE™ promptly advises the agency of a failed or disputed payment. Any suspension, recovery of unpaid fees or termination must follow Sections 6 and 7.

5.9 Agreed rates and payment arrangements must be recorded against the periods they cover. PROPERTY CRAZE™ provides the next Participation Year’s fees and terms before an agency commits to continuation. An agreed payment cannot be increased retrospectively.

5.10 Where a Three-Month Advance Payment covers calendar months in two Participation Years with different standard annual fees, each month is calculated using the rate applicable to its Participation Year.

For example, a payment covering June, July and August uses the existing Participation Year’s monthly rate for June and the new Participation Year’s rate for July and August.

5.11 When an agency changes from Three-Month Advance Payment to Early Annual Payment, PROPERTY CRAZE™ credits any fees already paid for months covered by the new annual payment.

The agency must successfully complete the discounted annual payment, after applying any credit, by 31 May. PROPERTY CRAZE™ confirms the revised payment arrangements and prevents duplicate charges.

6. Agency changes, directory status and promotional material

6.1 Participating Real Estate Agencies must notify PROPERTY CRAZE™ of changes to their licensing, responsible persons, business details, contact information or payment authority through the relevant Online Portal form. Loss or suspension of required licensing or authority must be reported immediately.

6.2 Before an agency changes ownership, it must complete and submit the Participating Real Estate Agency – Change of Ownership form through the Online Portal, providing the new ownership details.

6.3 PROPERTY CRAZE™ verifies agency licensing and authority when approving participation, following relevant changes, during annual continuation, before each draw and whenever further checks are required.

6.4 If an agency’s required licensing or authority cannot be verified, PROPERTY CRAZE™ may suspend new applications and submissions, record the reasons and notify the agency. Suspension does not automatically invalidate an approved Prize Draw Entry.

6.5 Only agencies with current Participation Approval and payment arrangements may appear in the PROPERTY CRAZE™ national directory of Participating Real Estate Agencies.

6.6 Agencies must use approved PROPERTY CRAZE™ promotional materials and wording that clearly identify PROPERTY CRAZE™ as the provider of the prize opportunity. Expired or unauthorised material must be withdrawn.

6.7 Agency and group promotional activities may use only business names and trade marks covered by the required written consent or authority.

6.8 Following a change of ownership, PROPERTY CRAZE™ updates the agency’s participation records. The existing participation period and agreed payment arrangements continue without interruption, provided the agency maintains the required licensing and authority.

6.9 Agencies request annual continuation through the Participation Continuation Online Form in the Online Portal. PROPERTY CRAZE™ confirms continuation following the required checks and payment confirmation.

To qualify for Early Annual Payment for the Participation Year beginning 1 July, the agency must maintain uninterrupted participation and successfully complete payment by 31 May.

Agencies rejoining after a break are subject to Section 7.

7. Ending participation and rejoining

7.1 Cancellation is an agency’s decision to end its participation. Termination is PROPERTY CRAZE™’s decision to end participation under these Rules.

7.2 Agencies wishing to cancel participation must complete and submit the Participating Real Estate Agency – Cancellation Request form through the Online Portal.

7.3 Voluntary cancellation takes effect at the end of the calendar month in which PROPERTY CRAZE™ receives the cancellation request.

If the Online Portal is unavailable, the agency may submit its request through the website Contact process. PROPERTY CRAZE™ confirms the cancellation date in writing.

7.4 PROPERTY CRAZE™ refunds prepaid Participation Fees for complete unused calendar months following the effective cancellation date, calculated using the rates actually paid. No refund is payable for part months.

7.5 PROPERTY CRAZE™ may retain an Onboarding Fee only for setup services already provided. It must refund any amount relating to setup services not provided.

An agency rejoining after cancellation or termination requires a new participation application, approval and payment confirmation. Any additional Onboarding Fee must relate to necessary new or repeated setup services and be disclosed before payment.

7.6 PROPERTY CRAZE™ may terminate participation for serious breaches, deliberately false information, fraud or loss of required licensing or authority.

Where a breach can be corrected, the agency must receive written reasons and a reasonable opportunity to respond. Immediate suspension may apply where necessary to address a confirmed licensing, fraud or security risk.

7.7 Termination does not automatically remove an agency’s refund rights. Refunds are assessed separately from any lawful recovery of unpaid fees or proven losses.

A Property Owner’s prize must not be withheld to recover an agency debt.

7.8 When participation ends, the agency must stop promoting itself as participating and cannot submit further Prize Draw Entry applications. PROPERTY CRAZE™ updates the national directory accordingly.

PROPERTY CRAZE™ honours all complete and correct Prize Draw Entry applications received from that agency up to and including its effective cancellation date, provided they satisfy these Rules. Applications still undergoing verification may proceed to formal approval.

An application requiring amendment that has not been approved when cancellation takes effect becomes ineligible.

The affected Property Owners may appoint another Participating Real Estate Agency and submit a new application. The new application must satisfy all applicable listing, ownership, evidence, verification and approval requirements. Draw allocation is determined by its receipt date under Section 20.

Already approved Prize Draw Entries remain valid, subject to these Rules.

7.9 PROPERTY CRAZE™ provides a written explanation of refund decisions and calculations and pays approved refunds without unreasonable delay, including applicable GST adjustments. Payments already reversed are not refunded again.

7.10 If PROPERTY CRAZE™ cannot provide the agreed participation services or ends participation for its own convenience, it refunds prepaid fees for complete unused calendar months. No refund is payable for part months. Other legal rights remain unaffected.

B. Property and Property Owner requirements

8. Property and title identification

8.1 A Property is land, a lot or a unit in Australia recorded in the relevant State or Territory land-title system.

Multiple titles genuinely offered for sale together as one combined Property are treated as one Property under Section 11.

8.2 A Property includes the complete registered Crown leasehold interest used for land ownership in the Australian Capital Territory.

Ordinary rental agreements, tenancies and properties offered only for lease do not qualify.

8.3 An Official Property Identifier is the title reference, lot and plan number or other official reference identifying the Property.

A Current Official Property Title Record is the official land-registry record identifying a title and its registered owners, obtained as described in clause 15.1(b).

8.4 A street address alone does not establish a separate Property. Where there is no street address, the official title identifier and recognised property description establish its identity.

8.5 Every title included in the Property’s sale must be identified in the application, together with its official identifier, State or Territory, registered owners and relevant property details.

These details must match the Current Official Property Title Records. Every registered Property Owner must be included.

9. Qualifying property listings

9.1 A qualifying Property Listing is a genuine offer to sell a Property, advertised online under a completed and signed listing agreement with a Participating Real Estate Agency.

9.2 The agency arranges the required State or Territory listing agreement through its normal appointment process.

The agreement must be completed, dated and signed by everyone whose authority is legally required. It is referred to in these Rules as the Official Agency Appointment Document.

9.3 A Property may be offered for sale by private treaty, auction, tender or another legally permitted selling method, provided all applicable requirements are satisfied.

9.4 Before the Prize Draw Entry application begins, the Property must be advertised for sale on realestate.com.au, Domain or another independent property-listing service approved by PROPERTY CRAZE™.

The Property For Sale Listing Advertisement must be publicly accessible.

An appraisal, enquiry, expression of interest or advertisement without the required signed agency listing agreement does not qualify.

9.5 The Official Agency Appointment Document, Current Official Property Title Records and online advertisement must identify the same Property.

Any differences in property descriptions or identifiers must be supported by evidence.

Changing agencies does not create an additional entry entitlement for the same Property and registered owners, except where a replacement application is permitted under clause 7.8.

10. Property categories and exclusions

10.1 Qualifying Properties may include residential, commercial, industrial, rural and agricultural properties, vacant land, development sites and separately saleable registered lots.

All must satisfy the applicable listing, ownership, title and evidence requirements.

10.2 Accommodation and hospitality properties may qualify when the registered real estate itself is offered for sale.

10.3 The following do not qualify:

  • Properties offered only for rent or lease.

  • Short-stay accommodation bookings.

  • Property-management appointments.

  • Rights to occupy property without owning its registered title.

  • Timeshares.

  • Pooled or managed property investments.

  • Occupancy rights obtained through company shares.

  • Retirement-village occupancy rights.

10.4 The sale of a business, its goodwill or equipment does not qualify unless the transaction also includes a qualifying Property.

10.5 The entire registered ownership interest in a Property must be offered for sale. The sale of only part of that ownership interest does not qualify.

10.6 A separately titled car-parking space or storage Property may qualify only if genuinely offered for separate sale and all listing, ownership, title and evidence requirements are satisfied.

10.7 Off-the-plan properties, developer-owned properties, house-and-land packages and business sales involving real estate must satisfy the same requirements as other Properties.

This also applies to sales conducted by secured lenders or legally authorised representatives.

The agency must establish the registered property interest being sold and the legal authority to sell it.

A proposed lot cannot qualify independently until it has its own registered title and the required ownership evidence.

10.8 A Property with an existing tenant may qualify when offered for sale. The tenancy does not make the transaction an excluded rental or lease listing.

11. One Property, one Prize Draw Entry and multiple listings

11.1 Each qualifying Property is limited to one approved Prize Draw Entry for its registered Property Owners. Every registered owner must be included, regardless of the number of owners.

11.2 Multiple titles genuinely offered for sale together as one combined Property qualify for one entry only. Every title and registered owner must be included.

11.3 Separately titled Properties genuinely advertised for separate sale may each qualify for an entry. Each requires its own application, signed agency listing agreement, official title records and verification.

11.4 A car-parking space, storage area or other component included in a Property sale does not qualify for a separate entry unless it can be sold independently and meets these Rules.

11.5 A single advertisement covering several separately saleable Properties does not remove the requirement for each Property to qualify independently.

11.6 There is no overall limit on qualifying entries. For example, 100 separately titled apartments may qualify for 100 entries if each independently satisfies the requirements.

11.7 Property value, type, number of listings or commercial benefit does not justify an exception to the entry requirements.

11.8 Each approved Prize Draw Entry is allocated to one draw only, in accordance with Section 20.

11.9 A Property Owner whose entry has participated in a draw may enter a later draw by listing a different qualifying Property through a Participating Real Estate Agency and obtaining approval of a new application.

11.10 An unsuccessful approved entry does not carry forward to another draw. Any replacement selection or further draw involving an invalid or unclaimed prize is governed by clauses 21.9 and 23.11.

11.11 A previously entered Property may qualify again when Current Official Property Title Records confirm different registered owners. The new owners must satisfy all listing, application and verification requirements.

Where an application becomes ineligible following agency cancellation, the replacement-agency arrangements in clause 7.8 apply.

12. Property Owner identification and approval

12.1 A Property Owner is a person or legal entity recorded as an owner in a Current Official Property Title Record for a title included in the Property’s sale.

12.2 Every registered Property Owner must be included in the application and receive the required correspondence.

12.3 The authorised agency representative uses the Online Portal to email each Property Owner an individual approval and electronic signing request.

Each owner, or their verified authorised signer under clause 12.7, must review the application, confirm their inclusion, approve the nominated contact and electronically sign their declaration.

Each request is sent to the verified individual email address of the person signing. Identity and signing authority must be checked. Property Owners complete these steps through their emailed requests without accessing the Online Portal.

12.4 An agency, its staff or another Property Owner cannot approve or sign for an owner without verified legal authority. Shared email addresses, unauthorised responses, silence or failure to object do not constitute approval.

12.5 If any Property Owner declines or has not completed the required approvals and signature, the application remains incomplete and cannot be submitted.

12.6 Every Property Owner’s approval is required, regardless of the number of owners or difficulty contacting them.

12.7 Where a Property Owner is a company, the company and its authorised signers must be identified separately.

For a trust, the registered legal owner and the trustee’s authority must be verified.

Anyone acting for a deceased estate, under a power of attorney or in another representative capacity must provide evidence of legal authority before approving or signing.

No person may use another person’s individual signing request or signature.

12.8 One Property Owner is nominated as the primary contact for prize communications and arrangements.

12.9 The nominated contact coordinates prize arrangements only. They cannot approve anything for another owner, change prize entitlement or give instructions on another owner’s behalf.

Where an entry has multiple winners, every winner must electronically sign the same Prize Delivery Direction before the prize is released, as explained in Section 24.

12.10 Every Property Owner must approve the nominated contact through their individual signing request.

A sole owner approves their own nomination. Where an owner is a company or another legal entity, its verified individual representative acts for that entity without personally becoming a Property Owner.

12.11 Changing the nominated contact requires identity verification and approval from every Property Owner.

12.12 If the nominated contact dies, cannot act or becomes unavailable, a replacement must be verified and approved by the Property Owners or their legally authorised representatives.

A prize is not automatically treated as unclaimed because the nominated contact is unavailable while another recorded winner is responding.

12.13 Every Property Owner must have the legal capacity to participate, and everyone signing must have verified authority.

No registered owner may be excluded to avoid an entry requirement.

12.14 An incorrect email address must be corrected before the affected owner completes their approval and signature.

If an amendment is required after application submission, PROPERTY CRAZE™ returns the existing application to the agency under Section 16. Only approvals affected by the amendment require renewed confirmation.

An amended application must satisfy the applicable draw cut-off under Section 20.

13. Excluded people and prohibited arrangements

13.1 Owners, directors, officers, principals, licensees, agents, employees and contractors of PROPERTY CRAZE™ and every Participating Real Estate Agency cannot enter the prize draws.

13.2 This exclusion also applies to each excluded person’s spouse or de facto partner, children, and their children’s spouses or de facto partners.

13.3 Friends, clients, parents, siblings, cousins and other personal or community contacts are not excluded solely because of their relationship with an excluded person, unless required by law under clause 13.9. Their applications must still satisfy these Rules.

13.4 Fake, secret or backdated listings are prohibited. Every Property must be genuinely offered for sale.

13.5 False or altered documents, misleading evidence and undisclosed arrangements to share a prize with an excluded person are prohibited.

13.6 Changing the agency, advertisement, address format or listing identifier does not create an additional entry for the same Property and registered owners.

13.7 Duplicate entries are prohibited, including entries involving an original title and a later subdivided lot arising from the same Property sale process.

13.8 Withdrawing and re-listing a Property, or starting a new Participation Year, does not create an additional entry entitlement for the same Property and registered owners.

A replacement application permitted under clause 7.8 is not treated as a duplicate of the original ineligible application.

Changes in registered ownership are addressed under clause 11.11.

13.9 Any additional exclusions required by law apply. People conducting or independently checking a draw must meet the applicable independence requirements. An excluded person must not use a company, trust or another arrangement to enter a draw or receive a prize indirectly.

C. Online submission, evidence and verification

14. Agency submission responsibilities

14.1 An authorised agency representative prepares and manages the Prize Draw Entry application through the agency’s Online Portal access.

The representative emails each Property Owner for the required information and supporting documents, enters the information and uploads the documents.

14.2 The authorised agency representative manages the application, while each Property Owner completes their individual approval and signing requirements.

Property Owners provide information and documents through the representative’s email correspondence. They do not have Online Portal access.

A verified legal representative may act for an owner where permitted under clause 12.7.

14.3 Each application records the Participating Real Estate Agency, authorised representative, Property, every registered title and owner, nominated contact, relevant dates, advertisement link, supporting documents and required declarations.

14.4 The authorised agency representative uses the Online Portal to email every Property Owner their individual approval and signing request.

Each owner separately confirms their inclusion, approves the nominated contact and electronically signs their declaration.

The representative electronically signs the agency declaration once and submits the completed application through the Online Portal.

Amendments to submitted applications follow Section 16.

14.5 The Participating Real Estate Agency is responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the application submitted by its authorised representative.

To qualify for consideration in the January or July draw, PROPERTY CRAZE™ must receive the complete and correct application by the applicable cut-off under Section 20.

PROPERTY CRAZE™ is responsible for reviewing the application, conducting the required verification and deciding whether to approve the Prize Draw Entry.

14.6 Each authorised agency representative must use their own Online Portal access and act within their approved authority.

Agencies must remove access when a person leaves or loses authority and promptly report suspected account misuse.

14.7 Each application links the agency’s unique Agency ID to the Property’s official title records, registered owners, address, documents, correspondence and electronic signatures.

These records support verification and duplicate-entry prevention.

15. Mandatory online information and attachments

15.1 The Prize Draw Entry application must include the following information and evidence. The authorised agency representative enters the information and uploads the required documents through the Online Portal.

(a) Official Agency Appointment Document: The completed, dated and signed State or Territory listing agreement for the Property.

(b) Current Official Property Title Records: A complete current official record for every title included in the sale, obtained from the relevant State or Territory land registry or an authorised information provider. Each record must show its title reference, source and date of issue or retrieval.

(c) Property For Sale Listing Advertisement Link: The link to the qualifying advertisement on realestate.com.au, Domain or another approved independent property-listing service, together with dated evidence confirming when the advertisement was publicly available.

(d) Agency and Property Owner approvals: The agency declaration, each Property Owner’s confirmation of inclusion, approval of the nominated contact and the required individual electronic signatures.

(e) Additional evidence: Any documents needed to establish signing authority or confirm the relationship between the Property’s address and its official title record.

(f) Early Sale evidence: Where the Early Sale Rule applies, the authorised agency representative provides the required proof-of-sale documents and electronically signed confirmations from the representative and every Property Owner through the dedicated Early Sale confirmation function within the existing application.

The Early Sale confirmation does not require a new Prize Draw Entry application.

15.2 The Online Portal checks each official title record against the Property details entered in the application.

Every title and registered owner must be included. The signed listing agreement and online advertisement must identify the same Property.

Missing owners, incorrect details or incomplete documents must be corrected before submission.

15.3 Required documents must be uploaded in their designated sections. A ticked box, typed statement or unrelated attachment cannot replace mandatory evidence.

15.4 Before submission, the Online Portal checks the agency’s participation and authority, Property details, registered owners, signed listing agreement, advertisement evidence, required documents, individual approvals and signatures, relevant dates, exclusions and possible duplicates.

Missing or inconsistent information prevents submission.

PROPERTY CRAZE™ conducts its initial review after receiving the application and completes verification before formal entry approval under Sections 17 and 18.

15.5 The authorised agency representative must provide dated evidence of the qualifying online advertisement.

The Online Portal retains the relevant dates, document uploads, approvals, signatures and submission records.

15.6 Current Official Property Title Records must identify every title included in the sale and every registered Property Owner when the application is submitted.

Title, ownership or signing-authority discrepancies must be resolved before submission. Subsequent amendments follow Section 16, with the original records retained.

15.7 PROPERTY CRAZE™ checks official Property identifiers against their State or Territory title records.

Where a Property involves subdivisions, combined titles or related lots, those records are assessed together.

Changing a title reference or address format does not automatically create an additional entry entitlement.

15.8 Official title records confirm registered ownership but do not establish a person’s identity, email address or authority to sign.

Separate verification is required for company representatives, trustees, executors and other authorised signers.

15.9 The Online Portal checks each application against existing applications and approved entries to identify possible duplicates.

Amendments remain linked to the original application. A replacement application permitted under clause 7.8 must be identified separately from the original ineligible application.

15.10 The Property address must match the official title information.

Where the title record does not show a street address, the agency must provide an official land-registry record linking the Property description or address to its title.

A Property Owner’s contact address is recorded separately.

15.11 PROPERTY CRAZE™ must maintain tested verification and duplicate-entry controls within the Online Portal.

These controls must preserve supporting documents, verification results, amendments and decisions. Every Property Owner’s identity, signing authority and approval must also be verified.

16. Electronic signatures and submitted records

16.1 Agency participation forms are completed electronically. Prize Draw Entry applications follow the email and Online Portal process in Sections 12 and 14. Property Owners provide information and documents by email and individually approve and electronically sign their part of the application. Handwritten, scanned or emailed substitutes cannot replace these requirements.

16.2 Each person signs electronically through an individual process that verifies their identity and records the date, time and information signed. The completed application includes all required agency and Property Owner signatures.

16.3 Typing a name, inserting a signature image or using another person’s login or email address does not satisfy the individual signing requirements.

16.4 Information may be amended while an application is being prepared. Each signature remains linked to the information signed. After submission, the Online Portal preserves the original application and records subsequent amendments.

16.5 Where an amendment affects previously signed information, the affected person must review and approve the changes. Unaffected approvals and signatures do not need to be repeated.

16.6 The Online Portal retains the application, supporting evidence, amendments, signatures, submission and receipt dates, verification records and PROPERTY CRAZE™ decisions.

16.7 Information, approvals and signatures cannot be backdated. Every amended application must complete a new 14-Day Property Listing Verification Period before approval.

16.8 Amendments to submitted applications follow clauses 16.9–16.14. The Early Sale confirmation process under Section 17 remains part of the existing application and does not, by itself, constitute an amendment requiring a new verification period.

16.9 Where an application requires amendment after submission, PROPERTY CRAZE™ returns the existing application to the authorised agency representative through the Online Portal, identifying the changes required.

The representative amends the application and returns it to PROPERTY CRAZE™ for further assessment. A new application is not required.

16.10 PROPERTY CRAZE™ reviews each returned amended application within two business days of receipt. Once the amended information, supporting evidence and affected approvals have passed the initial checks, PROPERTY CRAZE™ confirms a new 14-Day Property Listing Verification Period.

16.11 Where an amendment affects a Property Owner’s declaration or approval, that owner or their verified authorised signer must approve the amended information through an individual emailed request.

16.12 The Online Portal records the date PROPERTY CRAZE™ receives each amended application. Where an amendment is received after the applicable 31 December or 30 June cut-off, the application misses the current draw and is considered for the following draw under Section 20.

16.13 Amendments cannot create duplicate entries, replace qualifying Property Owners with subsequent purchasers or establish an entry entitlement that does not satisfy these Rules.

16.14 PROPERTY CRAZE™ records the outcome of each assessment and advises the agency and affected Property Owners of any outstanding requirements. An application becomes a valid Prize Draw Entry only when PROPERTY CRAZE™ formally approves it after completing all required verification.

17. The 14-Day Property Listing Verification Period

17.1 Once a submitted application and its required documents have passed the initial checks, PROPERTY CRAZE™ emails the Participating Real Estate Agency and every recorded Property Owner, confirming the start and end dates of the 14-Day Property Listing Verification Period.

All correspondence is administered through the Online Portal. Submission alone does not begin verification or establish an approved Prize Draw Entry.

17.2 Day 1 is the first full calendar day after PROPERTY CRAZE™ issues that confirmation, calculated in Sydney time. The verification period ends at midnight at the end of Day 14.

17.3 Throughout the verification period, the agency’s listing agreement must remain valid and the Property must remain genuinely advertised for sale, subject to the Early Sale Rule.

A temporary advertising-service interruption is assessed using independent evidence and is not automatically treated as withdrawal from sale.

17.4 Every application must complete the full 14-Day Property Listing Verification Period before approval.

An amended application or an application involving a withdrawn and subsequently re-listed Property must complete a new verification period.

17.5 For example, if PROPERTY CRAZE™ issues verification confirmation on 3 September, Day 1 is 4 September and Day 14 is 17 September. Approval cannot occur before the verification period ends.

17.6 Under the Early Sale Rule, the Property For Sale Listing Advertisement may be removed before the 14-Day Property Listing Verification Period ends if a genuine sale contract has been fully completed and signed by all parties.

17.7 The authorised agency representative must provide supporting proof-of-sale documents and electronically signed confirmations from the representative and every Property Owner through the Early Sale confirmation function within the existing application.

17.8 A sale between related parties or another unusual transaction requires independent evidence confirming that the sale is genuine. Arrangements intended to create a false entry or direct a prize to an excluded person are prohibited.

17.9 PROPERTY CRAZE™ approves the Prize Draw Entry only after the 14-Day Property Listing Verification Period has ended and all applicable Prize Draw Entry and Early Sale Rule requirements have been satisfied.

17.10 If the evidence does not establish a genuine sale contract fully completed and signed by all parties, PROPERTY CRAZE™ cannot approve the application under the Early Sale Rule. It may assess whether the ordinary listing requirements were satisfied.

17.11 If a Property is withdrawn from sale without satisfying the Early Sale Rule, or the required agency appointment ceases to be valid during verification, the application cannot be approved on the basis of that verification period.

Where the Property is subsequently re-listed and all applicable requirements are satisfied, PROPERTY CRAZE™ confirms a new 14-day verification period.

18. Prize Draw Entry eligibility and validation

18.1 A submitted application must contain all required information, documents, Property Owner approvals and signatures. PROPERTY CRAZE™ reviews the application and determines whether it satisfies every requirement for approval.

18.2 PROPERTY CRAZE™ records the date and time it receives each application and emails a receipt to the Participating Real Estate Agency and every recorded Property Owner.

The receipt confirms that PROPERTY CRAZE™ has received the application. It does not constitute Prize Draw Entry approval.

18.3 PROPERTY CRAZE™ completes its initial review within two business days of receipt. The same timeframe applies whenever an amended application is returned for assessment.

Once the initial checks have passed, PROPERTY CRAZE™ emails the verification dates under clause 17.1. Final assessment and approval follow completion of the required 14-day verification period.

18.4 If PROPERTY CRAZE™ identifies an error or requires further information, it returns the existing application to the authorised agency representative through the Online Portal for amendment under Section 16.

18.5 PROPERTY CRAZE™ verifies the amended information, supporting evidence and affected approvals before confirming a new verification period. A request to review a decision without amending the application follows Section 28.

18.6 A complete and correct application received by the applicable 31 December or 30 June cut-off remains eligible for the corresponding draw, provided it requires no amendment after that cut-off and receives formal approval before the draw.

18.7 Every amended application must complete a new 14-Day Property Listing Verification Period. An earlier verification period cannot replace this requirement.

18.8 PROPERTY CRAZE™ may contact the agency and Property Owners to verify information or investigate concerns. Following approval, Property Owner communications and prize arrangements are managed directly with the recorded owners or their verified authorised representatives.

18.9 Processing delays, system faults and incorrect decisions are handled under Sections 28 and 30. All actual receipt, verification and approval dates must be preserved. Records cannot be backdated to qualify an application for an earlier draw.

18.10 Following approval, PROPERTY CRAZE™ emails the Participating Real Estate Agency and every recorded Property Owner, confirming the approved Prize Draw Entry, its official entry date and the details of the relevant draw.

18.11 Approved Prize Draw Entries remain subject to any further checks required before their assigned draw.

18.12 Following approval, a subsequent Property sale, settlement, withdrawal from sale, removal of the advertisement, agency change or end of agency participation does not automatically affect the approved entry.

The entry remains with the original qualifying Property Owners. A later purchaser cannot replace them.

18.13 The agency and Property Owners must promptly report matters affecting entry validity, signing authority or prize arrangements. Fraud, missing consent, prohibited duplication or another failure to satisfy the original requirements may result in cancellation of approval following investigation, notification and review.

18.14 An Early Sale is assessed against Section 17. A subsequent change in the sale’s status does not automatically invalidate a qualifying entry. False or misleading evidence remains subject to investigation.

Death, incapacity, court orders and ownership disputes require verification of the relevant legal authority.

18.15 Every Property Owner’s agreement to participate must remain in place until PROPERTY CRAZE™ approves the application.

If an owner withdraws their agreement before approval, the application cannot be approved. Following approval, one owner cannot independently withdraw a collective entry or alter another owner’s prize rights.

18.16 A Property may be sold, settled or transferred before final application approval, provided the qualifying listing, ownership, verification and applicable Early Sale requirements have been satisfied.

The promotion concerns the qualifying Property Listing, not whether or when the Property sells. The original qualifying Property Owners retain their entry entitlement.

19. Duplicate controls, investigations and conduct

19.1 PROPERTY CRAZE™ checks every application against official Property identifiers, addresses, registered owners, agencies, advertisements and previous application and entry records.

Amendments remain linked to the original application and cannot create an additional entry.

19.2 Multiple Properties listed by the same Property Owner, agency, developer or ownership group are not automatically excluded. Each Property must independently satisfy these Rules.

19.3 Decisions to decline an application, cancel an approved entry, hold a prize during an investigation, terminate agency participation or report suspected unlawful conduct must follow these Rules.

19.4 PROPERTY CRAZE™ retains investigation evidence, records its findings, explains decisions and provides the applicable review process. Amendments to submitted applications follow Section 16.

19.5 No person or business may receive an informal exemption from entry, evidence, payment or draw requirements. Conflicts of interest must be disclosed and addressed before the affected decision is made.

19.6 An adverse decision must explain the requirement not met, the reasons and relevant evidence. The affected person or business must have an opportunity to respond and request a review.

PROPERTY CRAZE™ must distinguish between a temporary hold, refusal of approval and cancellation of an approved entry. An automated warning alone does not establish fraud.

D. Draws, prizes and winners

20. Annual draw-allocation calendar

20.1 January Prize Draw: PROPERTY CRAZE™ must receive a complete and correct Prize Draw Entry application by 11:59 pm Sydney time on 31 December.

An application received by this deadline remains eligible for the January draw, provided no amendment is required after 31 December and all verification and approval requirements are satisfied before the draw.

20.2 July Prize Draw: PROPERTY CRAZE™ must receive a complete and correct Prize Draw Entry application by 11:59 pm Sydney time on 30 June.

An application received by this deadline remains eligible for the July draw, provided no amendment is required after 30 June and all verification and approval requirements are satisfied before the draw.

20.3 The date PROPERTY CRAZE™ receives a complete and correct application determines the draw for which it may qualify.

The application becomes a valid Prize Draw Entry only when PROPERTY CRAZE™ formally approves it following the required verification. The formal approval date is its official Prize Draw Entry date.

January Prize Draw examples

A complete and correct application received on 30 December, requiring no amendment after 31 December, completes verification and receives approval in January before the draw. It qualifies for the January draw.

An application received on 30 December requires amendment. The amended application is received on 4 January. It misses the January draw and is considered for the July draw, subject to verification and approval.

July Prize Draw examples

A complete and correct application received on 29 June, requiring no amendment after 30 June, completes verification and receives approval in July before the draw. It qualifies for the July draw.

An application received on 29 June requires amendment. The amended application is received on 3 July. It misses the July draw and is considered for the following January draw, subject to verification and approval.

20.4 Following the application cut-off, PROPERTY CRAZE™ completes the required assessment, verification and approval processes and prepares the final list of approved entries for the relevant draw.

20.5 The January and July Prize Draws are scheduled for the last business day of their respective months. PROPERTY CRAZE™ publishes each draw’s exact date and relevant details on its website.

20.6 The 31 December and 30 June application receipt cut-offs are fixed and apply regardless of weekends or public holidays, unless a change is required by law or formally authorised under applicable regulatory requirements.

20.7 PROPERTY CRAZE™ publishes the details of each draw on its website. Those details form part of these Rules.

20.8 Published draw details must identify the application receipt cut-off, draw date, time and location, selection method, prize claim requirements, winner notification arrangements and applicable prize conditions.

20.9 Only applications received by the relevant cut-off, requiring no amendment after that date and formally approved before the draw, may be included in the final draw records.

Applications requiring amendment after the cut-off are considered for the following draw, subject to the same verification and approval requirements.

20.10 Sydney time includes the applicable daylight-saving adjustment. PROPERTY CRAZE™ must accurately record original and amended application receipt dates, verification dates and formal approval dates.

No date may be backdated or altered to qualify an application for an earlier draw. Any authorised correction must preserve the original record and comply with applicable approval and notification requirements.

21. Independent draw administration

21.1 Each prize draw is conducted by an independent draw administrator and overseen by a separate independent scrutineer. Both must meet the applicable independence and qualification requirements.

21.2 PROPERTY CRAZE™ prepares the final list of approved Prize Draw Entries after completing all required verification and approval processes for the relevant draw.

The list is secured before the draw, with records of the entry count and controls preventing unauthorised changes.

21.3 Any subsequent correction, investigation or disqualification must follow the applicable procedures. PROPERTY CRAZE™ retains the original records, reasons and authorisation for any changes.

21.4 Entry approval, draw administration, independent scrutiny, winner verification and prize delivery are separate responsibilities.

21.5 Draw records must identify the selection method, date, time, location, people involved, winning entries, any further selections and prize arrangements.

21.6 Agency selection, partnership status or commercial relationships cannot influence entry approval, provide additional chances of winning or affect draw results.

21.7 Every valid entry has an equal chance of selection for each available prize. The highest-value prize is drawn first, followed by the remaining prizes in the order published before the promotion opens.

21.8 Each approved Prize Draw Entry can win only one prize in its assigned draw. A winning entry is excluded from subsequent prize selections in that draw.

The number of registered Property Owners does not increase an entry’s chances of winning.

21.9 Invalid selections and failed draws must be recorded and independently reviewed. Any replacement selection must follow the published draw procedures and applicable regulatory requirements.

A valid result cannot be discarded merely to conduct another draw.

21.10 Where a draw has no valid entries, PROPERTY CRAZE™ retains the prizes for future prize draws, subject to applicable law, regulatory approvals and published promotion conditions. No artificial winner may be created.

21.11 Public witnessing must be available where legally required. Any alternative arrangements must comply with applicable requirements. Draw records must be retained and available for authorised inspection.

21.12 Where the number of approved Prize Draw Entries is less than the number of available prizes, each qualifying winning entry may receive one prize only.

Prizes remaining because there are insufficient approved entries will be retained for inclusion in future PROPERTY CRAZE™ prize draws, subject to applicable regulatory requirements and the published promotion conditions.

This supports PROPERTY CRAZE™’s objective of progressively increasing the number and total value of prizes available to Property Owners.

22. The Prize Schedule

22.1 PROPERTY CRAZE™ publishes a Prize Schedule for each January and July draw, identifying the prizes available, their values and applicable conditions.

The Prize Schedule forms part of these Rules and must be published before the relevant promotion opens.

23. Prize availability and conditions

23.1 PROPERTY CRAZE™ must secure the funding and supply of all advertised prizes before the relevant promotion opens, including any required insurance and delivery arrangements.

23.2 Every non-cash prize must have a clear description and a stated value supported by appropriate evidence.

Prizes involving variable quotations or savings that cannot be reliably verified are not permitted.

23.3 Prize records must identify the supplier, purchase and payment arrangements, supporting valuations, availability, delivery obligations and relevant registration, warranty, tax and fee information.

23.4 Winners receive the prize allocated to their winning entry. They may accept or decline it but cannot require PROPERTY CRAZE™ to provide a different prize.

23.5 A cash alternative is available only where expressly included in the published Prize Schedule or applicable prize conditions.

23.6 Winners cannot be required to purchase another product or service, agree to marketing or pay an additional fee to claim or receive their complete advertised prize.

23.7 Prize vouchers must state their issuer, fixed value, permitted uses, restrictions and expiry conditions.

PROPERTY CRAZE™ does not operate a stored-value wallet or multi-merchant payment facility as part of its initial prize arrangements.

23.8 Prize descriptions must disclose any relevant collection, delivery, transfer, registration or ongoing ownership conditions.

23.9 Each promotion must publish the applicable prize-claim deadline and explain how declined, undeliverable or unclaimed prizes will be handled.

Winners must follow the notified secure claim process, subject to any overriding legal or regulatory requirements.

23.10 Before treating a prize as unclaimed, PROPERTY CRAZE™ must make and record reasonable attempts to contact every recorded winner, including email notifications, reminders and appropriate alternative contact arrangements.

An active claim, outstanding verification or disagreement between winners does not automatically mean a prize has been abandoned.

23.11 Where a prize is awarded to multiple Property Owners, every recorded winner must agree before it can be collectively declined.

PROPERTY CRAZE™ retains an unclaimed or declined prize until it can be lawfully dealt with, including through any authorised further draw.

Any further draw must comply with applicable regulatory requirements and published promotion conditions.

23.12 Prizes remaining because there are fewer approved entries than available prizes are treated under clause 21.12.

Prizes that have been won but remain unclaimed are treated separately under clauses 23.9–23.11 and cannot automatically be transferred to a future promotion.

23.13 PROPERTY CRAZE™ remains responsible for arranging delivery of the advertised prize if a supplier fails to meet its obligations.

Any legally permitted replacement must have equal or greater value and satisfy the applicable approval, disclosure and winner-agreement requirements.

24. Prize ownership and receipt

24.1 A prize is awarded to the Property Owners recorded on the winning Prize Draw Entry.

24.2 Multiple Winners means two or more Property Owners recorded on the same winning entry.

24.3 Multiple Winners receive the prize collectively. The number of Property Owners does not increase the number or value of prizes awarded to that entry.

24.4 PROPERTY CRAZE™ does not determine private disputes between Property Owners concerning their respective interests in a prize, including family law, separation, trusts or deceased estates.

24.5 Before a collective prize is released, every recorded winner must complete the required identity verification and electronically sign the same Prize Delivery Direction.

24.6 The Prize Delivery Direction records the winners’ agreed instructions concerning who will receive the prize and the arrangements for its collection, delivery or transfer.

The prize remains awarded collectively to the recorded winners.

24.7 PROPERTY CRAZE™ retains confirmation of prize receipt. It does not divide prizes or determine the winners’ individual shares.

24.8 Winner verification confirms the approved Prize Draw Entry, the original qualifying Property Owners, their current identities and any authorised representation.

A subsequent purchaser cannot replace the original qualifying Property Owners.

24.9 A sole winner provides prize-delivery instructions following identity verification.

Changes to recipients, delivery addresses or payment details must be verified. Where multiple winners are involved, the required collective approvals must be obtained.

A disputed instruction must be resolved before the affected prize is released.

24.10 PROPERTY CRAZE™ arranges prize collection, delivery or transfer within the applicable requirements and retains evidence of receipt.

PROPERTY CRAZE™ meets the costs necessary to provide the complete advertised prize. Any ongoing ownership or use costs must have been disclosed in the Prize Schedule.

25. Winner notifications

25.1 Following each draw, PROPERTY CRAZE™ sends a separate winner-notification email to every Property Owner recorded on a winning entry.

PROPERTY CRAZE™ also telephones the nominated Property Owner contact to coordinate prize arrangements.

25.2 Winning entries are announced on the PROPERTY CRAZE™ website.

PROPERTY CRAZE™ manages winner communications and prize arrangements directly with the recorded Property Owners or their verified authorised representatives.

25.3 PROPERTY CRAZE™ records the date, time and delivery status of each winner-notification email, together with telephone contact attempts and their outcomes.

25.4 If an email cannot be delivered, PROPERTY CRAZE™ must make further reasonable contact attempts in accordance with the prize-claim requirements in Section 23.

25.5 Prizes are released only after the required winner verification and delivery arrangements are completed.

For Multiple Winners, every recorded winner must have electronically signed the same Prize Delivery Direction.

25.6 PROPERTY CRAZE™ must notify winners within the applicable legal and regulatory deadlines.

Notifications must identify the prize, any outstanding verification requirements and the process for claiming and receiving it.

Unsuccessful contact attempts and outstanding verification must be managed without disregarding mandatory notification or prize-claim requirements.

26. Website announcements and optional publicity

26.1 PROPERTY CRAZE™ announces the winning entries and prizes on its website after each draw, in accordance with applicable publication and privacy requirements.

26.2 Publicity beyond required winner announcements is voluntary. Use of a winner’s name, photograph, recording, interview or prize presentation requires their prior written consent.

Where publicity concerns Multiple Winners collectively, every recorded winner must consent.

26.3 PROPERTY CRAZE™ records each winner’s consent and the material approved for publication.

26.4 Winner announcements identify the prize and winning entry. Personal information is published only where legally required or authorised through valid consent.

26.5 The published promotion details specify when and where results will appear, how long they will remain available and any additional legally required announcements.

PROPERTY CRAZE™ must meet applicable publication deadlines and requirements concerning requests to withhold identifying information.

26.6 Full residential addresses, official title records, identity documents, telephone numbers, email addresses and private prize-delivery instructions must not be published.

Declining optional publicity does not affect a winner’s prize.

PROPERTY CRAZE™ corrects inaccurate announcements and removes identifying information when its authorised publication period ends, while retaining legally required private records under Section 27.

E. Privacy and other responsibilities

27. Privacy and records

27.1 PROPERTY CRAZE™ collects and uses personal information for agency administration, Property and owner verification, Prize Draw Entry applications, draw administration, winner verification, prize delivery and related legal and compliance obligations.

27.2 PROPERTY CRAZE™ provides a Privacy Notice when collecting personal information, including through agency applications, individual Property Owner email requests and subsequent verification enquiries.

The notice explains the purposes of collection, relevant disclosures and how individuals may request access or correction.

Where information is received from an agency or another source, PROPERTY CRAZE™ provides the required privacy information to the affected individual.

27.3 Marketing consent is separate from agency participation and Property Owner approval of a Prize Draw Entry application.

Participation does not automatically authorise PROPERTY CRAZE™, Participating Real Estate Agencies, franchise groups or National Partners to send marketing communications.

27.4 PROPERTY CRAZE™ retains the records required to administer and verify participation, applications, electronic signatures, payments, entries, draws, winners, prizes, complaints and compliance.

These include relevant correspondence, supporting documents, amendments, decisions and evidence of prize receipt.

27.5 Access to information is restricted to authorised persons who require it for their responsibilities.

PROPERTY CRAZE™ maintains appropriate identity verification, information security, access controls, backups and procedures for responding to security incidents.

Suspected breaches must be investigated, contained and addressed, with any legally required notifications provided.

27.6 Records are retained for legally required periods and for as long as reasonably necessary to manage participation, entries, prizes, complaints, investigations and legal proceedings.

When no lawful reason for retention remains, information is securely deleted or de-identified.

Retention of draw records does not, by itself, justify indefinite retention of complete identity documents.

27.7 Information may be disclosed only where reasonably required to authorised service providers, professional advisers, regulators or other lawful recipients.

Relevant providers may include verification, electronic signing, payment, hosting, draw administration, independent scrutiny and prize-delivery services.

Recipients must protect information and use it only for authorised purposes. National Partner status does not independently provide access to Property Owner information.

Any required disclosure concerning overseas handling must be provided before the relevant collection or material change.

27.8 Individuals may request access to or correction of their personal information through the website Contact process.

PROPERTY CRAZE™ verifies the requester’s identity, explains any lawful restrictions and provides applicable review rights.

An agency’s or another Property Owner’s permission is not required to exercise individual privacy rights.

Updating contact or privacy records does not automatically amend an existing Prize Draw Entry application. Application amendments follow Section 16.

27.9 Optional marketing consent may be withdrawn through the relevant unsubscribe facility or website Contact process.

Marketing messages must identify the sender and provide a functioning unsubscribe method. Unsubscribe contact details and facilities must remain valid for at least 30 days after a message is sent.

PROPERTY CRAZE™ must action unsubscribe requests within five working days, without charging a fee or imposing unnecessary requirements.

Unsubscribing does not affect Prize Draw Entry participation or essential participation, verification, draw and prize communications.

28. Complaints and decision reviews

28.1 Any affected person may submit a complaint or request a decision review through the PROPERTY CRAZE™ website Contact process, without agency approval. Participating Real Estate Agencies may also use the Online Portal.

PROPERTY CRAZE™ promptly acknowledges the request, provides an expected response date and communicates its decision and reasons in writing.

Urgent matters affecting applications, draws or prizes receive priority.

28.2 PROPERTY CRAZE™ records complaints, disputed decisions, correction requests and review outcomes, including relevant evidence, dates, reasons and decision-makers.

28.3 An affected person must receive the reasons for a disputed decision, access to evidence that may lawfully be shared and an opportunity to respond.

Where appropriate, the review is conducted by a person who was not involved in the original decision.

A review assesses whether the applicable Rules were correctly applied to the application and evidence received. PROPERTY CRAZE™ must correct its own processing or decision-making errors.

A review cannot retrospectively supply missing documents, approvals or other entry requirements. Amendments to an application follow Section 16 and the draw cut-offs in Section 20.

Submitting a complaint does not automatically cancel an entry or postpone a draw.

28.4 Threats, deception or deliberate obstruction may justify proportionate restrictions on communications or access.

PROPERTY CRAZE™ must explain the reasons and provide a suitable alternative contact method.

Legitimate complaints, criticism, refund requests and legal challenges do not constitute misconduct merely because they dispute a PROPERTY CRAZE™ decision.

28.5 Changes to a submitted Prize Draw Entry application must be managed by the authorised agency representative under Section 16, including renewed approval from any Property Owner affected by the amendment.

Unaffected signatures do not need to be repeated.

PROPERTY CRAZE™ records its own verification and approval decisions separately. Changes to agency participation or prize-delivery instructions follow their respective procedures.

28.6 Internal review does not restrict access to applicable regulators, courts or other external remedies.

PROPERTY CRAZE™ records review outcomes and corrects identified errors in its decisions or procedures, including errors that may affect other participants.

Original application records must be preserved.

28.7 A person with a conflict of interest must not make the affected entry, payment, draw or prize decision.

PROPERTY CRAZE™ records the conflict and appoints an appropriately independent decision-maker.

A conflict-management arrangement cannot waive a mandatory participation or entry requirement.

29. National Partners and Prize Suppliers

29.1 Each National Partnership Agreement sets out the partner’s rights and responsibilities, including brand presentation, promotional benefits, content approvals and reporting arrangements.

29.2 National Partnership does not guarantee the purchase of prizes from that partner.

PROPERTY CRAZE™ retains responsibility for prize selection and purchasing and may engage other approved suppliers.

29.3 National Partnerships, sponsorships and prize-supply arrangements cannot influence Prize Draw Entry approval, provide additional winning opportunities or affect draw results.

29.4 Exclusive National Partnership rights within a defined business category may be granted only to a National Principal Partner.

The agreement must specify the exclusive category and its duration. During that period, PROPERTY CRAZE™ must not appoint another National Partner at any level within the same category.

Other National Partnership levels do not receive category exclusivity.

29.5 National Partners at the same participation level receive the agreed standard of brand presentation and promotional benefits.

PROPERTY CRAZE™ remains the principal brand of the promotion.

29.6 Prize purchasing, supply and delivery arrangements are recorded separately from National Partnership benefits.

29.7 Engaging a prize supplier does not remove PROPERTY CRAZE™’s responsibility for delivering advertised prizes or meeting its other obligations.

Winners may raise prize-supply concerns directly with PROPERTY CRAZE™.

Partners and suppliers must disclose relevant conflicts of interest. Their arrangements cannot create undisclosed entry advantages or impose additional obligations on winners.

29.8 Where a National Partner or prize supplier receives promotional benefits from PROPERTY CRAZE™, its authorised written consent must be obtained and retained before conducting the relevant promotion on its behalf.

30. Disasters and service interruptions

30.1 A Major Disaster is an event formally declared or recognised in a published decision by an authorised Commonwealth, State or Territory government, emergency-management authority or other legally recognised public authority.

30.2 PROPERTY CRAZE™ does not independently classify an ordinary local incident or isolated service interruption as a Major Disaster.

30.3 Where a declared Major Disaster significantly prevents an agency from accessing agreed participation services, PROPERTY CRAZE™ assesses the impact and supporting evidence.

The agency may choose an appropriate credit reflecting the unavailable services or cancellation with a refund under clause 7.10.

PROPERTY CRAZE™ provides the calculation and reasons in writing. Cancellation refunds are limited to complete unused calendar months.

30.4 During a disaster or service interruption, PROPERTY CRAZE™ prioritises personal safety, compliance with public-authority directions, protection of records and restoration of secure services.

30.5 Entry cut-offs and draw dates may be changed only after PROPERTY CRAZE™ establishes that the change is legally permitted and obtains any required regulatory authorisation.

30.6 PROPERTY CRAZE™ informs affected agencies and Property Owners of relevant changes and records the reasons, authorisations, applicable dates and financial consequences.

30.7 Service interruptions unrelated to a Major Disaster are assessed separately.

Existing application records and approved Prize Draw Entries must be protected. Complete and correct applications received before the applicable cut-off remain subject to the agreed verification and approval process.

A service interruption does not permit application dates to be backdated or mandatory checks to be omitted.

Where PROPERTY CRAZE™ cannot provide agreed participation services, clause 7.10 applies as relevant.

30.8 A disaster or service interruption does not automatically extend an application receipt cut-off, change a draw date or alter the requirements for final entry approval.

Any authorised change must comply with applicable regulatory requirements and be communicated to affected parties.

30.9 Credits, refunds and other responses must reflect the actual effect on agency participation, applications, verification, prize delivery, payments and related services.

A national or regional event does not establish that every agency or Property Owner experienced the same disruption.

31. Ongoing governance and authorised changes

31.1 PROPERTY CRAZE™ must comply with applicable Commonwealth, State and Territory laws and regulatory requirements, including those governing trade promotions, real estate agency conduct, prize draws, winner notifications and prize delivery.

31.2 These Rules, Prize Schedules, participation agreements and related promotion information must use consistent definitions, dates, conditions and responsibilities.

31.3 PROPERTY CRAZE™ may amend these Rules where legally permitted. Changes must be reviewed, approved, recorded in a new version and communicated as required by law.

Any necessary regulatory approval must be obtained before a change takes effect.

31.4 Approved changes must be reflected in the PROPERTY CRAZE™ website, Online Portal, relevant agreements and operating procedures.

31.5 PROPERTY CRAZE™ is responsible for monitoring compliance, maintaining appropriate records and controls, managing conflicts of interest, reviewing complaints and obtaining professional legal advice where required.

31.6 Each agency participation record and Prize Draw Entry must identify the applicable version of these Rules and the relevant promotion.

A subsequent amendment cannot retrospectively remove an existing right unless required by law or otherwise lawfully authorised.

Mandatory Commonwealth, State and Territory requirements take precedence over inconsistent provisions in these Rules.

31.7 Nothing in these Rules excludes or restricts rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

If a provision is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, it may be modified or removed to the extent permitted by law. The remaining provisions continue to apply where legally possible.

31.8 PROPERTY CRAZE™ must obtain all required trade-promotion approvals, permits and authorisations and complete applicable notifications before conducting each relevant promotion.

Required approval numbers, local conditions and other mandatory information must be included in the published Rules or applicable Prize Schedule.

Prize funding, draw administration, security and operational arrangements must satisfy the applicable requirements.

31.9 PROPERTY CRAZE™ operates its national promotion across the Australian Capital Territory, New South Wales, Northern Territory, Queensland, South Australia, Tasmania, Victoria and Western Australia, subject to the laws and regulatory requirements applicable in each jurisdiction.

31.10 PROPERTY CRAZE™ must ensure that the promotion complies with the requirements of every participating State and Territory, including those relating to agency conduct, entry conditions, prizes, draw procedures, winner notifications, publication, unclaimed prizes and recordkeeping.

Trade-promotion approval does not remove any separate obligations applying to real estate agencies or their representatives.

31.11 If ownership or operation of PROPERTY CRAZE™ is transferred, existing participation rights, approved Prize Draw Entries, records and outstanding prize obligations must be protected.

Any legally required consent, notification or regulatory approval must be obtained. Affected parties retain their applicable rights and remedies.

31.12 PROPERTY CRAZE™ is responsible for maintaining an Online Portal that supports the application, verification, electronic signing, amendment and approval processes required by these Rules.

The Online Portal must preserve original and amended application records, individual approvals, receipt dates, verification periods and formal entry approvals.

Any system failure affecting these processes must be addressed under Sections 28 and 30 without backdating records or bypassing mandatory requirements.
