Proposed Participation Fees
All fees are per agency, excluding GST. Group rates apply to agencies within the same approved ownership group.

*Three-Month Advance Payment: Based on annual Participation Fees of $7,500 (1 agency), $7,200 (2-5 agencies) and $6,900 (6 or more agencies) respectively, payable in three-month instalments in advance. A payment spanning two Participation Years is adjusted pro rata if the applicable annual fee changes.
An Onboarding Fee of $1,200 per agency also applies when an agency first joins PROPERTY CRAZE™.
Early Annual Payment — Start & Continuation
The Early Annual Payment provides a discounted rate for agencies that pay the full Participation Year in advance by the Payment Cut-Off Date.
The same discounted rate applies to annual continuation, subject to continued participation approval and payment by the applicable Payment Cut-Off Date.
Commencement During the Participation Year
Agencies can commence participation at any time during the Participation Year, effective from the date PROPERTY CRAZE™ formally approves participation. A pro-rata Participation Fee applies for the remaining days of that month, together with the payment for the following three complete calendar months in advance.
Example: A single agency approved on 15 September pays $333.33 excluding GST for 15 to 30 September (16 days pro-rata), plus $1,875 excluding GST for the three-month period from 1 October to 31 December, and the $1,200 Onboarding Fee when first joining.
HOW IT WORKS
1. Real Estate Agency Participation
A Real Estate Agency applies through the PROPERTY CRAZE™ website and pays the required initial fees. Once PROPERTY CRAZE™ verifies the application and payment, it formally approves participation, confirms the approval date as the agency’s Participation Start Date and provides Online Portal access.
PROPERTY CRAZE™ promotes participating agencies and prize opportunities through national campaigns. It also supplies approved promotional material for the applicable year, in digital and printed formats for agency websites, print marketing, office signage and displays.
2. Property Owner Chooses and Appoints the Agency
Property Owners may learn about PROPERTY CRAZE™ through promotions, agency marketing or direct contact. The PROPERTY CRAZE™ website national directory also helps owners find participating agencies by name and location.
Property Owners choose and formally appoint a current Participating Real Estate Agency to list their property for sale. The agency arranges completion and signing of the required State or Territory agency appointment document as part of the normal property-listing process. The agency remains responsible for its listing and sale services.
3. Property For Sale Listing Advertisement
For the Property Listing to qualify for Prize Draw Entry, the following steps must take place on or after the agency’s participation start date with PROPERTY CRAZE™.
- The owner(s) and agency complete their listing agreement.
The agency first advertises the property for sale on realestate.com.au, Domain or another independent property listing service approved by PROPERTY CRAZE™.
Both steps must be completed before the Prize Draw Entry application begins.
4. Prize Draw Entry Application
An authorised agency representative uses the Online Portal to prepare one Prize Draw Entry application and email each owner for the required information and supporting documents. Owners must respond through that email correspondence. The representative manages the correspondence, enters the information and uploads the documents through the Online Portal. Property Owners do not have Online Portal access.
The application must include the signed listing agreement, a current official property title record for each title included in the sale, a link to the live property for sale listing advertisement, dated evidence that the advertisement is live, and any other required supporting documents. Every title included in the sale and every registered owner shown on those title records must be included in the application.
5. Approvals and Signatures
One Property Owner is nominated as the primary contact for prize communications and arrangements. This does not allow them to approve a request on behalf of another owner, alter prize entitlement or authorise instructions for other owners.
The authorised agency representative uses the Online Portal to email each Property Owner, asking them to review their details, confirm their inclusion in the Prize Draw Entry application, approve the nominated contact and electronically sign their part. The representative also electronically signs the application to confirm that the agency’s information and supporting documents are correct, then submits the completed application through the Online Portal.
6. 14-Day Property Listing Verification
Once the Prize Draw Entry application passes the initial checks, PROPERTY CRAZE™ sends an email to the agency and every Property Owner confirming that the application has been approved to proceed to verification. The email also advises the start and end dates of the 14-Day Property Listing Verification Period.
The verification period begins the day after the email is sent. During this period, the property must remain genuinely advertised for sale unless sold early, in which case the Early Sale Rule will apply.
7. Prize Draw Entry Approval
At the end of the 14-Day Property Listing Verification Period, PROPERTY CRAZE™ completes its final review. If all requirements have been satisfied, it will send a second email to the agency and every Property Owner, confirming formal Prize Draw Entry approval and the applicable draw details.
For the January Prize Draw, PROPERTY CRAZE™ must receive a complete and correct application by 31 December. For the July Prize Draw, the deadline is 30 June.
The date PROPERTY CRAZE™ receives a complete and correct application determines its applicable draw. An application that requires amendment after the deadline is considered ineligible for the current draw and will be assessed in accordance with the same provisions for the subsequent draw.
8. Draw, Winner Notification and Prizes
Each draw is conducted by an independent administrator and checked by a separate independent scrutineer to confirm that the required procedures are followed.
Following the draw, PROPERTY CRAZE™:
Emails a separate winner notification to every owner recorded on a winning entry.
Publishes winner announcements on the PROPERTY CRAZE™ website.
Calls the nominated contact to coordinate prize arrangements.
PROPERTY CRAZE™ verifies the winners. For an entry with multiple owners, the prize is awarded collectively, and every owner must electronically sign the same Prize Delivery Direction before release. This document confirms the agreed recipient and arrangements for receiving the prize.
PROPERTY CRAZE™ arranges mailing, collection, delivery or electronic transfer, as appropriate to the prize.
